PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

 The Global Health Management (GHM) team acts as health & productivity enabler while contributing to the customer’s People Sustainability efforts and showcasing the thought leadership in the field of Corporate Health Management.

 We are looking for a new team member to drive an innovative health benefit program in a global context.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

In your global role you will provide direct support to the department management on an organizational and content level while working with colleagues and partners across countries. You will be responsible for a global health project and its rollout in different countries. The project is running on SAP HANA Health Platform to support employees facing cancer, and underlines the customer’s thought leadership being the first employer offering such a health benefit and driving advancements of personalized medicine. Due to the global nature of the job it is necessary to be flexible in terms of working hours, spread over 5 days.

Some of your tasks will include:

Delivery and expansion of a strategic global health program.

 Internal project reviews, monitoring of results and awareness of market opportunities to ensure project success and a functioning, value adding end-to- end process.

 Project management to prepare and implement the roll-out of this innovative health benefit in further countries in close alignment with global and local internal/ external stakeholders.

Optimization of communications, processes and applicability of offering as corporate benefit in collaboration with external partners.

Coordination of all internally and externally required stakeholders.

Optimization of interfaces and processes with focus on continuous improvement.

Documentation and reporting of project recommendations and project status to improve future roll-out efficiency.

The role will directly report to the Global VP Global Health Management (GHM)

Unsere Anforderungen

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Profound track record in project management in an international context.

Very strong strategic and end-to- end thinking to successfully translate strategy into practical operational outcomes.

Resilience, flexibility, integrity and strong social and team skills.

Confident and clear communication skills especially in working in cross-cultural, cross- organizational virtual teams.

 The experience and ability to engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

 Solid knowledge in budget management, controlling and reporting.

Proficient in written and spoken Business English as well as German.

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word along with exposure to SharePoint.

WORK EXPERIENCE

 At least 7 years overall working experience, with strong HR / Project Management expertise.

Significant program management experience, which includes the management of complex projects in an international environment.
