Project Manager (m/f/d) Technology & Process Transfer

Our client is a dynamic, medium-sized pharmaceutical company with its own R&D, specializing in the marketing of parenteral drugs, which are used in particular in the clinical area and primarily in anesthesia and intensive care medicine. The company offers its products in more than 45 countries through international networks, participation and business partnerships. To strengthen the team, located in the Hannover-Bielefeld area, we are looking for a:

Project Manager (m/f/d)
Technology & Process Transfer


YOUR TASKS:

Execution and evaluation of quality and GMP-compliant pharma product transfers within the framework of approval and pharmaceutical legislation
Coordination, monitoring and support of the establishment of both new and existing products at a contract manufacturer on a commercial scale
Creation of GAP analyzes
Creation, evaluation and approval of concepts and strategies for a transfer
Evaluation of possible risks of the transfer project / creation of FMEAs
Internal and external communication within the transfer projects
Definition of the process design in the context of the drug approval
Assistance with preparations for inspections by pharmaceutical companies and authorities
Simple cost calculation as part of the inquiry process
Participation in internal company projects
Working in the international project team
Establishment and application of appropriate project management tools and tracking of GMP-compliant documentation
Interface to internal departments and external contractual partners with a high flow of communication and information

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed degree in natural sciences (e.g. life science, pharmacy, biology, chemistry) or comparable qualification (e.g. MTA or PTA with corresponding professional experience in the pharmaceutical environment / at the manufacturer)
High Interest or experience in the field of Technology & Process Transfer and Regulatory Affairs
Experience in project management
Knowledge of production technology
Very good spoken and written English skills - German language skills are definitely a plus
Willingness to travel (approx. 10-25%)
High degree of initiative, flexibility and sense of responsibility as well as independent, structured working methods and team ability
Confident handling of the common MS Office applications (Word, Excel etc.)
