Quality and Compliance Manager

Tasks & responsibilities As Quality and Compliance Manager, you translate external or internal regulatory requirements (Data Privacy Regulation, Retention Policy, Safety, etc.) into implementation concepts and projects. You contribute to the implementation of the Global Data Protection Regulation within our Global Business Services (GBS). In the event of non-compliance, quality issues or data breaches, you carry an out root cause analysis and define measures to avoid recurrence of such cases. You also lead projects, drive the roadmap and execute trainings to foster a quality and compliance culture. Utilizing your experience, you initiate and maintain processes for collecting and reporting of compliance and quality performance indicators as well as discussing the monthly status with the senior management and encourage an active information exchange with Global Quality and Global Legal. Furthermore, you set-up training documentation, execute trainings or provide guidance for all quality and compliance topics, with a focus on quality culture, data privacy, information protection and records retentions.
