Then join our team as a Senior Manager (f/m/d) Learning & Development! Your area of responsibility:
Participation in corporate projects and lead local projects in the HR department
Implementation of global learning strategies and processes in our Head Quarter in Heidenheim
Sparring with the Top-Management and developing of corporate learning strategies as well as implementing and communicating these strategies
Coordination of learning processes – determine timelines and content and initiate improvements where necessary
Responsible for our qualification management and first point of contact for the Audits
Identification of significant trends and definition of relevant KPI´s
Global Roll-Out of our learning tools and communication of "best-practise” to our international stakeholders
What we look for:
University degree in HR Management, psychology or similar qualification
Several years of experience in international Learning & Development environments
Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
Experienced in Change-Management & Project Management
Open-minded, organized, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently and prioritize
Fluent in written and spoken English and German with excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
