As our Senior Manager (f/m/d) Talent Management you will develop such programs as well as support and manage development concepts.For our Corporate Head Quarter in Heidenheim we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager (f/m/d) Talent Management to support our department as of now. Your area of responsibility:
As our Senior Manager (f/m/d) Talent Management you innovate strategies to enrich the quality of talent in our organization
In this role you are responsible for all measures regarding the occupation of critical vacancies
You act as a trusted partner for our Executive´s and support talent development concepts from start to finish
You enroll talent development programs, personality- and competence models and succession planning to ensure sustained potential development within the HARTMANN Group
You will be responsible for coaching and consulting our Managers and for collaborating with different departments in order to simplify and improve talent management processes
Besides managing our Talent-Pool you are passionate for training professionals and high-potentials, manage courses and measures to ensure professional and personal development
As a Senior Manager (f/m/d) Talent Management you supervise our Future Talent Programs and optimize processes and changes within the department
What we look for:
University degree in business administration with focus on Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
You are experienced in successful realization of strategies and projects in internal and external talent management
You have extensive knowledge in optimization of processes and project management
Experienced and passionate about conceptualizing and applying state-of-the-art development tools
The further development and monitoring of our KPI’s is a permanent and relevant process for you
Fluent in written and spoken English and German with excellent communication skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office and SAP
