Currently, we are a global team of 9 colleagues situated in four different locations, i.e. Singen Germany, Zurich Switzerland, Osaka Japan and Taastrup Denmark. We are looking for a new team member based in Singen, Germany

Global Launch Excellence & Lifecycle Management (LCM) in Global Supply Chain plays an important role in reaching Takeda´s overall business objectives. We drive the implementation and launch of new products into Takeda´s portfolio and manage Lifecycle Management related projects. We coordinate implementation of products and launch supply from both Takeda’s own manufacturing facilities and from external partners. This is achieved via dedicated cross functional teams - ensuring timely and compliant launch supplies to our commercial affiliates. Takeda’s new product launches typically stem from our internal pipeline products (via R&D) and from asset acquisitions managed by our Business Development Department.

As a Senior Project Manager in Global Supply Chain you will be empowered to lead cross functional global or regional Supply and Launch Teams (SLTs) for the execution of the Supply Chain strategy for high priority products/projects. During the launch period, you will assume the role of being the primary contact to the commercial markets.

Professional Profile – Education and Experience


Master Degree in Life Science, or similar, preferably Pharmacy/Engineering
7+ years of work experience within Pharmaceutical Supply Chain, Manufacturing and/or CMC development (Regulatory or QA experience is an advantage)
5+ years of experience with Project Management
3+ years of experience working in an international organization
Advanced skill in collaboration and stakeholder management
Fluency in both written and spoken English

Advanced understanding of end-to-end supply chain
Experience with regenerative medicine, vaccines and/or biologics would be considered an advantage
Knowledge of Commercial launch processes
