Specialist Quality Assurance

Tasks & responsibilities
This full time position is initially limited for a duration of 2 years.


As Specialist Quality Assurance, you support the GxP-compliant qualification of assigned service and material suppliers.
Furthermore, you support the creation and maintenance of our Quality Assurance Agreements and the Supplier-with-issue process.
As Key User, you help the users of our supplier management related IT-systems (Trackwise, SAP, Documentum, Microsoft Shareroom) and provide training, if necessary.
Moreover, you monitor the data quality and consistency in the supplier management processes, related systems and documents.
With your eye for details, you collect and analyze KPIs and other quality metrics.
Additionally, you manage and support the archiving of supplier management related documents.

Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology or a related field

At least 2 years working experience in GMP regulated environments in pharmaceutical development or production or quality control or quality assurance

Hands-on knowledge of the computer systems used in the pharmaceutical industry (Trackwise, SAP, Documentum, Microsoft Office Suite)

Knowledge of international regulatory guidelines (US, EU, ICH) and quality standards for human pharmaceuticals, including respective development activities and data handling

Experience with Supplier Qualification processes, Quality Assurance Agreements and Deviation Management

Excellent communication skills in English and German language (fluent)
