We are looking for you as a successful representative and expert in the molecular diagnostic field to support the German team introducing the new diagnostic solution and establishing this system further in the market within the sales region Bavaria (south of Nuremberg). Presentation and sales of innovative systems and solutions in key market segments including hospitals
Introduction, closure and implementation of new, highly innovative diagnostic solutions
Selling multi-departmental including laboratory, infection control, quality insurance, hospital administration, executive staff
Creative solution selling
Bringing the benefits and needs of the system closer to the costumer
Developing account based sales plans and provide timely and accurate forecast for the instruments
Achieve instrument and reagent sales goals as a result
Work closely with internal resources to develop and implement customer-specific sales strategies
Establish quotations according to commercial policy and ensure customer satisfaction
Research, target, identify and generate new tactics in line with strategic goals
Supply information on market share, competitor activities, trends and market developments in territory
Report key activities on a daily or weekly basis using the company system
Participate in exhibitions, meetings and other events
Your profile
Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
Relevant hospital related sales experience selling throughout the hospital
German and English language essential
Proven track record of sales success with premium products
Expertise with demand creation and multi-departmental hospital sales
Ability to work collaboratively across the organization including sales, service, technical support, marketing and business management functions
Strengths in networking and relationship development
Experience with customer base within territory is a plus
Outstanding presentation skills
Strong oral and written communications skills
Skilled in using CRM and Microsoft Office applications
Strong Planning, Time Management, and business acumen
Working with integrity and leads by example with compliance
Professional and respectable behavior and appearance
