Visual Storyteller - Animal Health

We are looking for a multi-talented storyteller, who is passionate and driven to tell great stories with videos, words, slides, infographics, and other means of visual content.
You will be instrumental in supporting the Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Business Unit’s (AHBU) communication efforts to shape and promote its internal and external voice/brand in an engaging and compelling way.

Tasks & responsibilities

As Visual Storyteller, you are a member of the our Center of Excellence for Content Production and Editorial Planning and are responsible to bring stories to life, especially by means of video and images.
With your hands-on approach, you create and test new visual formats and embrace new rich media platforms and content tools.
You also produce engaging written content for all internal and external platforms.
Furthermore, you execute original, persuasive, conceptual and visually compelling design work in line with our standards to tell stories through a visual lens of photography and video - across social channels, website, blog, and other brand collateral.
Utilising your expertise, you ensure that content is presented in a format that meets our internal company standards, and consistent with company style guidelines and meets any other requirements as necessary.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts or equivalent with at least 3 years of creative experience within an agency/in-house environment, delivering visually impactful stories
Practical knowledge in design and layout of communication materials
Skilled in video production, including shooting, lighting, directing and post-production
Good understanding of all social media platforms and specifications
Video-editing and Photoshop/InDesign skills and MS office applications knowledge
Excellent communication skills in English, another language is an advantage
